Term of Office 2012-2016

Councilmember Glenn Bozar has been an Upland resident for 21 years and is a Logistics Manager for TE Connectivity.  Glenn earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Rider University and his Masters in Business Administration at the University of La Verne.  He has served as a member of the City of Upland Budget Oversight Committee, the Chaffey College Measure L Bond Citizens Oversight Committee, and the Upland City Council Advisory Committee.  Glenn is an adjunct faculty member at Chaffey College in the Business Department. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Distribution Manager Association of Southern California, a member of the Association for Operations Management and on the Advisory Board for the Leonard Transportation Center at Cal State University San Bernardino.  He and his wife Christine, have a son attending the University of California Santa Barbara. 

Councilmember Bozar was elected to the City council in 2012.  He is Chairman of the Police & Fire Committee and serves as the Finance & Economic Development Committee.  He also represents the City as an alternate on the Water Facility Authority, the Inland Empire Utility Agency Policy Committee and the West End Solid Waste JPA.  He also serves on the Board of the Directors of the San Antonio Water Company.
