CO-MINGLED AUTOMATED RECYCLING

All single family homes which have curbside / alleyway refuse pickup are given a sixty-five gallon recycling container to place items such as newspapers, glass, aluminum cans and plastic containers. Place the recyclables container next to trash receptacles on your regular trash collection day. For more information on refuse and recycling, please contact Burrtec Waste Industries, at 949-0500.

Commercial customers may contact with Burrtec Waste for recycling services. If you are in need of a recycling container, or have additional questions or concerns, please call Burrtec at 949-0500.

BULKY ITEM PICK UP

Upland residents are offered four free bulky item pickups per year. Call Burrtec Waste at 949-0500 48 hours prior to your regular trash pick up date to schedule a bulky item pick up.

RECYCLING - USED MOTOR OIL

There are several ways to recycle motor oil. Single family homes with curbside pick up can contact Burrtec at 949-0500 to schedule a pick up. Once a pickup has been scheduled, place used motor oil in a tightly sealed container at the curb. Limit is five gallons.

Resident may also bring their used oil to any used oil collection center.
