If you need the passport quicker, additional expediting fees will shorten the time to 2-4 weeks. Renewal-by-mail forms are also available.

The application fee for age 16 and over is $110, age 15 and under is $80 (check or money order only payable to the U.S. Passport Services) and a $25 acceptance fee (check or money order only payable to the City of Upland). The cost for Expedite Service is $60. Passport photos are available at a cost of $12 (for a set of 2). No credit cards accepted.

The applicant must provide an original certified birth certificate (abstract certificates are not acceptable) or naturalization papers along with a current driver's license or I.D. card. The application form requires the applicant’s social security number.
