Chair Yoga - FIT 125 - July

Geared towards improving your health and wellness, Chair Yoga will physically and mentally engage each participant in a variety of safe, fun yoga postures and breathing exercises. Using a chair for support, work at your own pace to build flexibility and endurance while learning to relax and think clearly. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to class.
