Upland residents may reserve parks up to twelve (12) months in advance. Non-residents may reserve parks up to six (6) months in advance. A valid Driver's license or Identification Card is required to reserve a City park in person.
Parks remain open, but may not be reserved on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
