In compliance with AB1332, the City will accept pre-approved ADU plans starting January 1, 2025. 

Design Professionals can submit ADU plans for the City to review as a "Pre-approved ADU Template." Once approved, the approved template plans and design professional contact information will be added to the City website. Residents can then contact a design professional and submit the template along with their site plan for an expedited review.
