The regular City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, except for August and December.  The last meetings in August and December are permanently cancelled by Resolution No. 6520, adopted by the City Council on December 9, 2019.  If Closed Session is required the meeting is called to order at 4:00 p.m. (this may be adjusted to a later time based on the number of items on the closed session agenda) followed by the Council recessing to Closed Session.  The Council reconvenes in open session at 6:00 p.m. to address items listed on the Agenda.
