Measure N
On August 9, 2024 the City Council voted to place a City of Upland 1% Sales Tax Measure on the November 5, 2024 ballot. Measure N would enact a 1-cent local sales tax until ended by voters. Measure N Spending Priorities and Citizen Oversight Committee
If voters say yes, Measure N will provide an estimated $20 million a year in additional revenue. On September 9, 2024 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6798 expressing its intent to prioritize spending of Measure N revenue for infrastructure and public safety purposes.
On September 23, 2024 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6802 Establishing a Citizens' Oversight Committee.
